Where is the detailed statement from you, that I have been requesting since 16.05.2018 from Nudebt/Adplan.

I have sent 8 emails to the below address, requesting information dating from the 16 May 2018, phoned about 6 times. ********** ********** ********** **********

My claim statement which I received from Adplan (emailed from there Adplan call centre) which was also attached to all the emails shows I owe them nothing. A ZERO BALANCE OWING - R00.00

The screen shots I have on my cellphone from SMS RECEIVED FROM ADPLAN , also showing that I have no outstanding balances on any claims. NIL, NADA, NOTHING. Why has Adplan not sent a statement, or are they busy fabricating one to suit their needs. If they cannot send a statement showing where and when I supposedly owe them money, then it just proves that I owe then NOTHING. You send me an sms TODAY, 06.08.2018 stating I owe you money and that it is long overdue, but you can not send me a statement AND IGNORING ALL MY PREVIOUS EMAILS AND ATTEMPTS AT CONTACT FOR THE LAST 3 MONTHS.

ALSO IF YOU TRY AND GARNISH MY SALARY BY HAVING AN EMOLUMENT ATTACHMENT ORDER DONE AGAINST ME AND IT IS DONE WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE NOR IN THE JUDICIAL AREA WHERE I LIVE IT WILL BE CLASSED AS *******.
