Final Demand Letter but not responding back EVER

They sending final demands but dont respond when you contact them asking them to go back to their client as their client already handed the account over to Hammond pole. But they oversee my requests and Briana keeps sending me these final demands. How is a person suppose to sort accounts out if your account is handed over to two different companies.
