Fed up with calls for fees outstanding due to people who can't do their job properly

I'm so frustrated to receive numerous calls even from lawyers. When an account has been paid. If ER consulting at Mediclinic Highveld in Trichardt did not communicate an outstanding bill to a patient how can one be responsible to pay for their fees to fall you. When they somehow contacted my son's father's, ex WIFE who gave them my number to inform me about an outstanding bill. I explained to the lady we haven't received any communication I had to answer questions and she verified that the truth was told and I immediately paid the bill due to ER Consulting. I'm fed up with these calls. I phoned Medi Clinic and asked them that they when I made the payment why haven't I received the emails. She said sorry someone added the email address where the contact number should appear. So sorry if your employees can't do their job.
