False Promises

I got irritated by this company about an amount of R168.60 for a outstanding amount for a medical bill that was older than 7 years. I receive several emails and sms's regarding this amount. After a huge fight with them I got the information about the outstanding amount. I was promised by Millicent Ndiya the following: Kindly make payment on the balance outstanding so we can stop sending emails and sms's everyday be advised that the payment has to be made no late than the 28/02/2020 to get your self a grocery discount coupon to the value of R 1000.00. No she comes with excuses and I have to call someone to get my voucher?? Is this the way this company works? Bribing you to clear their books and once you've done your part to make a payment they come with excuses!!!!
