Extremely rude staff who don't have a clue what they are doing

Seriously need to look at the kind of staff you are employing. I have been trying to pay off some debt but your staff are stupid. Firstly they interrupt you when talking and they don't listen. They are rude and extremely ***********. Never in my life have I had to deal with such stupid people
