EXTREMELY RUDE CONSULTANT.

On the 28th February I called this company regarding my telkom account and I spoke to Marcia, I must say that she is one of the rudest person I've ever spoken to. No telephone manners whatsoever, she speaks over a customer, I'm not sure why she works there. When I asked for her name, she said with confidence "Do you want me to spell it for you" and when I asked her last name she said there's only one Marcia at nudebt anyway it should not be that hard to find me. I was shocked to hear her say that I must shut up she's now talking". Telephone manner is very important if you going to be taking calls from customers and this girl lacks that. Very disappointing, and I did not even get help with what I was calling for. REVOLTING SERVICE.
