Extra Mile
I received a sms saying from Nudebt management that i owe Nashua Mobile *** which i don't know anything about, when i call nudebt management a Ms Sisonke Sigaba assisted me and went an extra mile in checking what happened and i told her i don't know any thing about such an account.. she took me through some website to verify everything, only to find out that there is no such account under my name.. all because of her patience and good customer care Ms Sisonke Sigaba managed to assist me in a proper manor
