Well hello, this is interesting. I have just seen someone complaining of receiving calls from Nudebt call centre in the middle of the night, which they deny. Well, it's now past 2am and I received 9 calls from their call centre's telephone numbers between 23h40 and 01h10. At the end of 2014 I did not pay my tv license because my tv had packed up and I dumped it at the municipal dump. I was nevertheless handed over to nudebt by SABC. I agreed to make 3 payments, which I paid on the agreed dates. Either Nudebt is mismanaged and they don't know what they are doing (one employee will acknowledge payment, another says they haven't received it), or they are operating an ******ion racket: they not only demand payment again but also fabricate fines. I receive up to 3 bullying and threatening messages per day (by phone, email or sms). Other people are complaining of the same thing. What's going on? Who pockets the money they force people to pay twice? Is this a mafia type operation within nudebt or is it nudebt itself? Why the calls in the middle of the night? I have even had ugly threats (yes, really) to pay my next tv license, which is only due in October. To whom can we report this ****
