EXCELLENT SERVICE AFTER MY NIGHTMARE WITH TELKOM

<p>We would like to commend Keagan Hamer of Ndebt Collections Company for the excellent service he provided my husband with, never a day went by where he didn’t provide an update. He answered all my husband’s queries efficiently and delivered on them, my daughter’s phone has been switched on and the bulk of the query sorted. I wish Telkom could employ staff like him, we were thoroughly frustrated by the service we received from them, to a point where we wanted to complain to the Consumer Complaints Board.
