Erc account and NUDEBT worse ppl to deal with

Med aid was paid in Feb 2024 for an ERC account despite contacting them sending preof they threaten with legal action from Nudebt , ,Nudebt despite being called given the proof on multiple occasions refuse to credit my account and still threaten with legal action , how can they be so *********** and still disregard the calls emails and payments , if I did not want ro pay I would not be persistent for my account to be credit , GET With it ERC and NUDEBT .
