enough is enough

I had a debt with Nu Debt a collection company on behalf of Cell C. I paid the one account in full. the other account has a debit order on it <br> These people sms email send talking sms and now they say they have put a trace on my name. I have spoken to them on numerous occassion. I have an email from Natalie saying ignore it it is computer generated. Really???? email, sms, now putting a trace on. They all from the the same department [Email Removed] It is getting to the point where i am too scared to put money in my bank account in case they deduct it. I am a pensioner I am also disabled this is cause me so much stress. I put a debit order in place they confirmed this and yet the calls, sms, emails, talking sms do not stop. PLEASE HELP ME
