Does Nudebt Management really exist

I was handed over to Nudebt from Cell C. I have been trying to phone and send whatsup's and emails to Nudebt numerious times, but to no avail. I've asked for statements as I am paying every month, but still my balance stays the same, but they prefer to ignore me
