Disgusting and rude service

I have been receiving threatening sms's for a Miss Moodley for approximately 2 months. I then also get rude calls from the contact center and despite me TELLING THEM I AM NOT MISS MOODLEY and to remove my number they say "okay but do you know Miss Moodley" for heavens sake I dont know this woman !!!! What do you want me to do so you will take my ****ing number off your darned system??? and then I call after being nice a million times to get it removed and the woman puts the phone down on me. What kind of trash do you employ to deal with your customers? I am NOT IMPRESSED. Remove my number from your system TODAY. I DONT KNOW MISS MOODLEY I DONT CARE THAT SHE OWES TELKOM MONEY, I WONT PAY HER BILLS FOR HER EVEN IF YOU SEND ME HER SMS'S!!!!!!!!!
