Disgrace for collection company

Absolute disgrace!!!! So I get a call from an agent asking my ID number and not even telling me where she was calling from.. Tells me that Telkom has handed me over and I need to payment by the end of today!! OK? So who says I'm able to make a payment by the end of today.. I then tell the agent well I cannot make payment I'm on maternity is there no payment arrangement that can be made... She then continues saying that I have until tomorrow else my interest will double no customer service.
