I would like to complain about nu debt management and terrible services.

I been first connected by nu debt management regarding Connect Net modem in December 2016, where we have arrange to return the device, there was no outstanding balance note, only the return, which I have done and provided proof and they confirm they have received there device.

Now in 2018, I am being harassed by Nu debt management for the amount of R2081.64 for I have no idea for what, as the device was return and no o/s balance was discussed. So now after a year they demanding money.

I would like to speak to a senior manager to get this resolved. This is not how things work, after 2 years you come demand R2018.64.

I would like to proceed with legal action, as I have all email trails and discussion, and there was nothing about outstanding balance only the connect net device.
