2. Nature of Complaint 1. Unauthorized Data Sharing: NuDebt has repeatedly sent harassing messages (SMS, WhatsApp, email) not only to me but to many of my personal mobile contacts. This is done without consent and in breach of POPIA. 2. False Debt Claim: I have no agreement with Stage Zero and hold no account with that entity. NuDebt’s continued attempts to collect an alleged debt of R7,247.56 are baseless. I previously disputed this, yet harassment persists. 3. Use of Invalid Number: NuDebt contacts originate from a cellphone number not assigned by any active South African telecommunications provider. You cannot call the number back—it returns “number not valid.” This appears intentional to avoid accountability. 4. Repeated Harassment: Despite prior written complaints, NuDebt continues data processing and unsolicited contact. They have shared my personal information with third parties, compounding breach of confidentiality and privacy rights. 3. Legal Violations - Breach of Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA): ******** processing and sharing of personal data without consent. - Potential violation of National Credit Act: Pursuing a claim where no legal debt exists, and failing to verify accuracy of information provided. - Harassment under Protection from Harassment Act 17 of 2011, via persistent, unwanted communication. 4. Relief and Action Requested - Information Regulator: Conduct urgent investigation into NuDebt’s data processing practices. Issue directives to cease unauthorized data use and mandate deletion of all record of my personal and contact data. - Consumer Protection / Ombud: Investigate predatory conduct and demand corrective measures. Demand that NuDebt stop collection activity based on a false debt and confirm in writing that my data will not be shared or used further. 5. Evidence and Records - Copies of unsolicited SMS, WhatsApp and email messages. - Confirmation of no contract with Stage Zero and full settlement with legal entities. - Record of prior communications disputing the alleged account and requesting cessation of contact. 6. Summary I formally demand: - Immediate cessation of data sharing and collection activity. - Written confirmation that my information, and that of my selected contacts, is deleted from NuDebt’s systems. - Investigation under POPIA and relevant consumer protection laws. - A full report of action taken to address these violations.

Failure to act will leave me no choice but to pursue further legal remedies, including formal complaints and litigation.
