Debit order on prescribed debt

<p>Nudebt Managment is deducting money for my account as per instruction from Altec Auto Page Cellular, which I had an account with. By law, if an account has been prescribed no company or collector has the right to deduct or collect on such an account. Twice did Nudebt Management deducted money from my account which cost me bank charges to reverse it. I spoke to a guy called Keagan regarding matter, I've also send emails back and forth with no response from them. I want Nudebt Managment as per our telephonic conversation between myself and Keagan to cancel the debit order and refund my money, if not I will proceed with legal steps against them.</p>
