DAYLIGHT ******* - MOST INEFFICIENT STAFF AND COMAPNY

The above company is the worst I have ever dealt with. I was handed over with no communication to Nu debt. This was a medical account. Account was paid on the same day I rec the text after 4 months. 5/9. I have made 20 phones calls from the 5/9 to today 18/09. Spoke to 16 people and have still not received an invoice with a nil balance. The staff are so professionally trained to pass the buck . Arrogance is another story. They think they are doing you a great big Favour. BTW. my outstanding amount R1020.00, they demanded R2040. How's that for day light *******. When I questioned one of the staff she very boldly said that's our rate for the texts we sent you. 3 months divided by R1020 equals R340. per month. WOW!!!! THOSE TEXTS ARE GOLD PRINTED. CONSIDERING I RECEIVED NONE. PEOPLE OUT THER PLEASE BE CAREFULL!!!!!!!!!!!! STILL WAITING FOR INVOICE WITH NIL BALANCE. THIS IS A TOTAL DISGARCE.
