Daily harassment despite debt being settled in full and proof of payment provided.

I am concerned that NuDebt continues to contact me via telephone and email despite having been provided with proof of payment. I have communicated this matter on numerous occasions, yet the calls and correspondence persist.

The continued contact is becoming increasingly frustrating and feels like unnecessary harassment, particularly given that I have already supp**** the required documentation to resolve the matter.

As a result of the repeated calls, I have had to block some of your numbers. However, this does not address the underlying issue, which is the apparent failure to acknowledge and act on the proof of payment that has been submitted.

I request that this matter be investigated urgently and that all collection activities and communications relating to this account cease immediately if the payment has been correctly processed and recorded.

I look forward to your prompt response and confirmation that this matter has been resolved.
