Contravening POPIA & Harassment Of The Public

This company clearly does not respect the public and will harass you no matter how many times you tell them they have the incorrect information. I have been getting spam phone calls and sms' from them, despite not having any accounts or creditors. No matter how many times I request for my number to be removed from their database, the harassment continues unabated. The only reason I have not escalated the matter to the Financial Services Ombudsman, is because the form to do so is so damn tedious. Hopefully a sustained online campaign will be picked up by someone who cares within the organisation and they actually do something about it. Needless to say I will NOT recommend anyone utelises the services of this company, because they clearly cannot handle personal data correctly (contravening POPIA). I hope TFG realises that this is the type of company they are associating with.
