continuous harrassment

I am being harassed and threatened with legal action by Nudebt on an apparent outstanding cellphone account which I have not owned for over ten years. I do not recall having any outstanding account when I closed the account, but Nudebt seems to be s****ing the bottom of the possible barrel for any way they can keep going. Surely there must be a way to stop this without being held to ransom.
