Continued Harassment
Despite numerous attempts to get this company to stop harassing me they continue to infringe upon my rights by sending me up to 14 sms messages containing the same content on a daily basis. I have been paying R50 a month on my TV licence for the past 10 years and despite my best efforts to clarify the fact that it is therefore impossible for me to be in arrears they have handed me over to Nu Debt who online to harass me on daily basis. I find it despicable that a company of this magnitude can exude such childlike behaviour and I will certainly be taking legal action.
