Constant Harassment about non existing telkom account
<p>Constantly getting sms's from this company claiming they have instructions to issue summons on an overdue telkom account which I've closed early 2016. Also claiming that they cant get in touch of me yet they've never phoned me at all, just constant sms's. I have to do the phoning, and everytime they tell me to ignore the sms's and that they'll remove my number. Absolutely zero response from their help desk where i've logged numerous tickets. A lot of online articles and threads seem to indicate that NuDebt is just a ****.</p>
Almost forgot, the amount owing seems to change every couple of weeks, sometimes to a greater amount sometimes less.

I have asked my query Agent to do a follow up on this matter Urgently as there is still a balance outstanding according to Telkom. I will be placing your account on a status whereby you will not receive communication until the issues is resolved.
