Complaint about telkom collection,

I have been harrassed about my R900 debt for Telkom that i paid and have been sending proof that i paid, now i see it has been accumulated mainly because someone somewhere is not doing their job, im out of the country, can contact me on +*** or ***.. Please resolve this issue ASAP cos i have been sending proof of payment
