A *****ulent account was opened in my name. I went to MTN to report it. They confirmed that it was ***** and would withdraw the account from Nu Debt. I did everything I was told to do by MTN and Nu Debt, but the threatening sms's keep coming from Nu Debt. MTN and Nu Debt are in possession of the same documentation. I will not call either company again. You have to draw a line somewhere when it comes to dealing with incompetence. I will not hesitate to sue both companies for harassment and defamation of character should my name be handed over to credit bureaus'.
