Chubb account Horror

I received a notice that my Chubb account has been handed over to Nu Debt Management. I cancelled my Chubb service more than two years ago! They want me to pay for a service that was faulty for more than two months and pay for their faulty equipment. I refused to pay!

The account has now been handed over to Nu Debt Management who sent me an email on the 28th September regarding the payment. I stated that I do not have the full amount and that I will pay it off in three payments. They NEVER RESPONDED ON MY EMAIL!!!!! They sent me another sms ON THE 18th of October stating that my Chubb account is in default, when I tried calling the number provided ( ********** 890)I held on for more that 10 min!!!!! The voice prompt asked me to select a number to be called back, which I did but yet again THEY NEVER CALLED ME BAC****!

I received an email today stating that legal action will be taken and a garnish order be placed on my salary. ARE YOU PEOPLE INSANE!!!!!!! How am I supposed to contact you without me finding out if you are legitimate or not. You could be some random company trying to take money!!!! I WILL NOT BE BUL****, IF THIS CONTINUES I WILL CONTACT THE OMBUDSMAN!!!!!!
