CANCELLATION OF MY RAIN MONTH TO MONTH CONTRACT - PATHETIC SERVICE

I cancelled my month to month contract with RAIN in March of 2022, now all of a sudden 1 and a half years later, I get a mail from NUDEBT Management that I owe them R247.00. I have tried to e-mail NUDEBT and RAIN with all my attachments of request for cancellation in March 2022 and my mails just come back from NUDEBT and I am getting nowhere with them or with RAIN - FEELING ANNOYED
