Call center agents harassment

Nudebt Management keeps sending my fiance smses and calling her, stating that their client, Telkom, handed her over to Nudebt for outstanding monies. After speaking to them NUMEROUS times over the phone and explaining to them that the ID number linked to the account is not her, they keep calling her and smsing her. I called Telkom and verified that there is NO account with them in my fiances name or her ID, Telkom confirmed they have not handed her over because there is nothing to hand over. I explained to them that this person they are looking for is using my fiance's contact details and they just dont care.<br> <br> The consultants that call her are also rude and persistent and when I ask to speak to management no one is available. This is harassment and I would like Nudebt's management to contact me and explain to me where they got this account from and to remove her from this CALLING LIST.<br> <br> If there is anyone else that can tell me whom to contact and possibly take action against them as this is getting out of hand.
