Bunch of rude people

This one lady who contacted me regarding my TV licence whose name I won’t mention.

She was SO rude and had no respect. Spoke to me as if I was a piece of ****.

SABC made a mistake on my account and was trying to explain it to her.

She didn’t want to listen. Adamant and ****y.

I went to pay for my license, and send all the proof and they didn’t even answer me.
