Bunch of people not knowing how to do their job!

I really don't know if I should laugh or cry. For the past year I have been getting phone calls and sms messages from this company. I seriously have more blocked numbers on my phone from this company than normal numbers on my phone. I get up to 8 calls a day from this company and numerous sms messages. Now here is where the interesting things comes in. The person that they are looking for is NOT ME! I have told them so many times, shouted, pleading, crying, ignoring. But I keep getting this sms messages and phone calls. For a year now I keep getting the same message every single day:

I have told them so many times that I am not Desmond and not peyper. That they have the wrong number. But I keep getting calls and messages. I just want it to stop!
