Bunch of *********** people

<p>I have never dealt with such *********** people in my life. I received a text from you guys saying I owed net star and I need to call you guys, well that's where all my problems began. I called on the 13th of July at 11:46am and I spoke to Dimakatso who could hardly respond to any of my queries, so I requested to speak to a manager and she transferred me to Ntombizodwa Zwane , who confirmed that she also could not address which period the debit was for, why they have not contacted me in the past 2 years to get correct account number.She promised she will get back to me by sat the 16th of July ref # ********** . Well guess what the idiot me still looking at my phone waiting for her call. I will not call net star why do they hand me over without alerting me and worse of all they hand me over to such an *********** company. I want answers, i am not happy and I want to know what you have done with the so called team leader and I will be expecting an apology from her.</p>
