Beware of NuDebt Management – ********* and Unprofessional!

I had the misfortune of dealing with NuDebt Management, and it has been an absolute nightmare. On the 27th of July 2024, I paid R18,838.08 towards my MTN account as instructed by them. They assured me the funds would be transferred to MTN within 14 working days. Fast forward nearly FOUR MONTHS, and MTN has yet to receive the payment!

When I contact NuDebt, all I get are empty promises and zero accountability. Their consultants keep repeating the same excuses, with no action taken to resolve the issue. This kind of delay is not just unprofessional; it’s ********* and unacceptable.

To make matters worse, my account still reflects an outstanding balance despite me providing proof of payment. The lack of transparency, follow-through, and respect for their customers is appalling.

If you’re considering working with this company, think again. I will be taking legal action if this is not resolved immediately, as I refuse to tolerate what feels like *****ulent behavior. NuDebt Management, you should be ashamed of your conduct.
