You cannot be a legit company as I have been dealing with you now for almost a year on a contract that was cancelled for which you are trying to collect money for even after I have provided ALL the evidence and documentation which you have completely ignored. Your agents contact me and I get constant emails and SMSes.
No matter how many times I email or call it never gets resolved. I have been promised many many times that its resolved and I will get taken off your system but then it all starts over again.
A legitimate business would not do this. After sending dozens of emails with all the documentation of my cancellation nothing has worked. I have phoned and spoken to numerous call centre agents.
I'm not here on HelloPeter looking for a response from you as I know it will go nowhere. I am here to warn others about your ***** operations.
