BAD SERVICE / RESPONSE / HARASSMENT

Good day

I am having issues with Nudebt Management regarding my City of Jhb account. My accoun was in arrears - which I have paid up and is now in credit. I have emailed them on several occasions with the receipts and account. I have had numerous phone calls and terminations sms send to me. I have asked them on 2 occasions to stop harassing me but to no avail. I still get the sms. I have got in my possession two letters/emails acknowledging receipt and apologies for the inconvenience but still I get the notices.

I have emailed with response Manono Polesa on 19/5 25/5 emailed account in credit to Monono Polesa 28/5 Yvonne Maoka / Nonono Polesa

I again received a termination sms yesterday 3/6/10
