Bad service, my query is still not resolved and no one is following up

I would like to express how *********** this company is, they requested me to pay my bill and send through proof of payment, my total bill was paid up and proof of payment was sent to their Whatsapp number , but from the 14th of January 2025 I have been calling them to ask why my services are not active non of them can assist including their team leader who promised to call me back 2 days ago but I still have not heard from him, now I received an sms stating that to avoid legal action I need to send proof of payments, that was already done on the 14th. I am not certain why telkom is relying on this company to run their service they clearly don’t know how to do their work and keep to their word.
