Bad service at nudebt management

I have settle my MTN account which was under nudebt management and I was looking for paid up letters they said I must wait for 21 days for paid letter which is bad because i have settled my account. And another thing the amount that I was owing was kept on increase every month which was not the agreement. The service of nudebt management it is very bad
