bad customer experience

I am very disappointed with the service received from Nu debt management, cell C collectors. I was called by Silindile advising me that my account was handed over to them by cell c and i need to settle the account. i paid money into the account that was given to me via sms, i week later when i call their call centre Carol Pitso advised that money will reflect in 3-4 working days. after 4 working days when i follow up with them i was now told that funds needs to be allocated into the correct account. i called again and asked to speak to silindile and she answered my call after a while she hang up on me. i need a paid up letter and no one is willing to assist. i am not even sure if this company is legit anymore. i got the worst experience of my life . i dont trust cellC nor Nudebt
