BAD BAD BAD- CHUBB and NUDEBT IS USELESS

Ok so you can send such threatening emails and yet you can’t return my calls with the questions which I have asked.

Firstly there was an arrangement in place for R200 per months, this was done for 2 Months and suddenly the 3rd month the wrong account gets debited-

My details were changed to other banking details, and guess what that account did not have funds and affected his profile.

I called in and I was told that details has been changed but they not sure why- I was then to receive a call back, to date no call has been made to me,

I will take this matter further with the Ombudsman, social media and wherever I can .

This is completely unacceptable.

You can call me and tell me why I details were changed without my permission, by whom it was changed and what will I get for the inconvenience.

Tell me who is going to compensate the account holder whose account was debited incorrectly

I will not pay until i have feedback,
