Bad attitude
Im always getting messages that i owe netstar and when i call to get clarity i get send from pillar to post please sort this and stop harrasing me with messages, my account was fully settled by the insurer when my car was written off in 2011.

We acknowledge the receipt of your complaint.
On your complaint you have stated that your account was paid in full when car was written off.
Please be advised when you cancel your insurance you need to cancel Netstar as well separately.
The insurance does not cancel your Netstar contract you need to cancel it yourself.
In order to cancel Netstar you need to make payment for the outstanding amount.
Forward proof of payment with a letter stating that you want to cancel.
