APPAULING SERVICE

Nu debt has been emailing me and sending me smses of a payment required on behalf of Telkom. I have sent proof of debit order to *** and *** numerous times, however I am still recieving smses and emails from Nu Debt for payment. I just got off the phone with an agent and he hung up. I called again, and I am told he's on lunch. Is lunch more important than helping a client? All I need is for someone to confirm that my POP has been recieved.
