Annoying Calls & Sms's!!!! The people at 'NuDebt' make the Company's they work for look Extremely Bad!!!

They keep on Calling me Regarding someone else's Telkom Account, I have been Accommodating with all the in which I was 100% clear that they have the wrong cellphone number for the person, yet I keep on getting calls and atleast 5 sms messages per week. I decided to call them, and after being on hold for 11 minutes, as soon as I informed the person who answered the call that I am recording the call, she immediately dropped the call, I then called again and was on hold for 14 minutes & what a surprise, as soon as I mentioned that I am recording the call they decided to once again drop the call!!!!

I am extremely annoyed with this irritating so called 'professional company' and their UN-PROFESSIONAL Staff!!!!!!!!!!!
