Dear Nu Debt,

I am writing to formally demand the immediate removal of my phone number from your system.

For several weeks, I have been receiving messages and calls from your company regarding an account associated with a Mr./Ms. Mnguni (TV License Number: ***). I do not know this person, and I have had this phone number for years. Despite multiple calls to your team — including a conversation with a senior staff member who assured me that your IT department would remove my number — the messages have continued.

This situation constitutes the following:
