ALLEGED LOAN WITH AFRICAN BANK - NU DEBT MANAGEMENT REF 2AL30977

This company has been phoning us on numerous occasions w.r.t. an alleged loan my husband made with African Bank in 2010 and that he has allegedly stopped paying in 2014 or something stupid like that. Firstly, my husband has NEVER had a loan with African Bank in his life. Secondly, in 2010, my husband was unemployed. So I doubt that African Bank would approve a loan to an unemployed individual. Thirdly, I have, on numerous occasions and when I am in the right frame of mind, requested for them to provide us with proof where my husband signed for this alleged loan. Fourthly, according to 2015/16 communications received from somebody in this regard, the last payment received on this loan was made in 2014 from a Nedbank account. My husband has never had an account with Nedbank in his entire life. To date no proof or any other form of correspondence has come forth, other than an email every week stating that they will give us 40% discount from the initial outstanding amount and that we only have to now pay five thousand odd rand to settle the so called debt. Can somebody that will actually provide answers and/or paperwork in this regard please contact me via email, as I am not prepared to entertain any more phone calls in this regard.
