Adverse listing for amount already paid ***.

I am so frustrated with this company’s threatening messages on my phone for an amount I paid to Telkom weeks ago already. They have ignored the emails I sent with proof of payment to their emails and now have resorted to harassing me via smses.

This is the sms received just yesterday “Notice of Adverse Listing: Mr/s M… , NCA Regulation 19(4), default on your Telkom acc. Ref:**********. Call NuDebt **********”

Telkom confirmed receipt of payment and confirmed that they sent communication to them regarding my payment. I have tried to call them so many times but each time I hold for a good 15 minutes without getting through as they ALWAYS have “high volumes of calls”, OMG I am so angry 😡

Today I received yet another sms reading “ Notice of Judgement: MS M….. possible summons may be served & court order granted to recover R2764.50 owed to Telkom acc *** Call ***.

This frustrating as I don’t want no judgment on my name especially for an amount I paid already! Fix this Nu debt
