Account paid up and refuse to remove my wifes name from ITC

<p>We had a telkom account which was handed over to Nudebt Management for a amount of R 672.69. We paid the full amount on the 28 September 2016. After countless e-mails, whatsapps, telephone calls ext. I have got hold of Noleen from Nudebt Management. She informed me that the account has been closed and that she will arrange for a paid up letter. When I asked her if my wifes name was removed from the ITC she informed me that they do not do that. However I have an e-mail from Elain Sefulu stating once the account has been paid in full that my wifes name will be removed from the ITC. Accorinding to Law once the debt has been settled then the company who listed you on the ITC MUST remove your name from the ITC immediantly. I want a letter stating that the account has been paid up and a letter stating that my wifes name has been removed from the ITC before end of business today, 05 October 2016 or I WILL take this matter further and publish it all the mayor newspapers to inform what poor service one get from NUDEBT MANAGEMENT.</p>
