Account paid and not removed from Credit Report

<p>Hi there</p> <p> </p> <p>I have had an outstanding amount with NuDebt that have seem to be handling an Telkom Account, This was paid up on the 25 October 2016, i have just checked my credit report and have seen that there is an outstanding amount, When i contacted Nudebt after being transfer to the legal Dept, spoke to Patricia, who then transfered me to some one else, who stated that i should contact Telkom. </p> <p> </p> <p>My concern is i have paid Nu debt Management, Why should I contact Telkom??? , I have received a paid up letter from Nu Debt. They clear my profile...</p>
