Account has been prescibed

Can Nudebt stop e-mailing and sms and calling me regarding this account!!! I have send plenty e-mail stating that this account has been prescribed according to act 68 of 1969. I also informed your call center agents but it seems to me they do not understand what is the law says. I am fed up inform you of the same thing over and over again. Remove my name from the ITC and send me a letter thereof within 3 working days. I also want proof that this account are now closed as well.
