ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING DISGUSTING BEHAVIOUR

Nu Debt Management have been phoning my 91 year old Mother and harrassing her about the City of Johannesburg Pensioner Rebate programme. We have on numerous occassions asked them to deal with me directly, as her daughter. To day was the last straw. A woman phoned my Mother, said her name so softly that my Mother never got her name. But this woman proceeded to be extremely rude to my Mother saying who does she think she is saying she gets a rebate because of her age, she said that she has never heard of this and basically called my Mother a lier. I would hate to think how she speaks to her Mother and Grandmother. This is absolutely disgusting behaviour.

We now understand why she didn't want to give my Mother her name. She should be fired as this is not how you handle customer care.

I find this company absolutely shocking.
