ABSOLUTE NO FEEDBACK ON COMPLAINTS GIVEN

I have been paying my account with them for the last 5 months.

Firstly none of my payments was deducted from my statement, after I used there given ref numbers and emailed all my proof of payments.

When I asked about this - all 6 my first emails was ignored, when I tried phoning there call centre - they cant help me - and when I ask to speak to a supervisor they refuse to speak to me.

Each month they charge me interest on the outstanding balance that has not been reduced - after I have been paying. When I ask them who is going to pay all this extra charges( caused by them not debiting my account) - I don't get any feed back.

This month I made 2 payments - and yet nothing was deducted from my statement, and ONCE AGAIN ALL MY MAILS ARE BEING IGNORED.

I would realy not advise any companys to use them as a service provider.

There service is extremely bad, and they have no intention to better there service.

If I am getting this kind of service - I don't want to know what type of service they are giving there clients.
