*** Legal Actions will ne taken!!

To whom this may concern,

I recently received an email threatening me with legal action because I supposedly failed to pay a debt. However, Telkom never informed me of any outstanding fees. I received no calls, emails, or SMS messages. I have also phoned Telkom multiple times and was assured that there are no outstanding debts. I have always paid all my debts on time, and there is a scheduled debit order for the 15th of each month. I have received a statement showing a R0.00 outstanding balance. I spoke to a gentleman named "Karabo," who reviewed the statement with me and could not understand the issue either.

As a result of this mistake, my credit score has been negatively affected, and I am unable to purchase a house that I was in the process of buying. My phone service has not even been cut off, so I do not understand how this situation has occurred. Telkom does not even have a record of a handover reference on my name.

I have attempted to resolve this issue amicably, but I am now at my wit's end. I will be taking legal action against Telkom and Nudebt for harassment and listing me without cause.
